What You ll Be Doing

1. Fullstack Wizardry

• Frontend Mastery: Craft high-performance, modern React (or similar) applications that delight users and scale smoothly.
• Backend Engineering: Design APIs (REST or GraphQL), optimize database interactions (SQL/NoSQL) and build robust cloud-native services.

2. Deep System Algorithmic Design

• Architect for Scale: Sketch out microservices, data pipelines, and other high-availability solutions that can grow with our user base.
• Optimize Refine: Spot performance bottlenecks and kill them before they kill us.

3. Leadership Collaboration

• Code Reviews Mentorship: Uphold high standards by giving and receiving thoughtful, constructive feedback.
• Cross-Functional Input: Work closely with product, design, and DevOps to ensure seamless rollouts and robust production systems.
• Innovation at the Core: Research emerging tech especially blockchain protocols and AI and propose how we can wield them.

4. Continuous Improvement

What We re Looking For

1. Proven Experience

• Multiple Years in professional software development. You ve tackled complex, large-scale projects and thrived.
• Fullstack Expertise: From writing impeccable React components to designing backends in Node.js, GO, Rust or Python.

2. Technical Chops

• System Design Architecture: You know how to build services that won t break under pressure microservices, caching strategies, database sharding, you name it.
• Performance Focus: Terms like high throughput and low latency aren t just buzzwords to you; they re part of your daily vocabulary.
