Job Summary
- As a Renewal Specialist in the Digital Operations/Security business, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end contract renewal process for clients utilizing our Digital /Security Solutions.
- Your focus will be on maximizing renewal rates, enhancing customer retention, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure a seamless renewal process that aligns with customer needs, data-driven insights, and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Renewals:
- Collaborate with clients in the Digital /Security domain to understand their specific operational requirements and negotiate contract renewal terms that maximize retention and satisfaction.
- Drive activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of paperwork, including quotes, order processing, and contract amendments relevant to services.
- Establish a structured framework to track, manage, and optimize renewal contracts for services like automation, analytics, and transformation projects.
Client Communication:
- Maintain open lines of communication with clients throughout the renewal process, ensuring frequent touchpoints to understand evolving digital needs.
- Engage in proactive follow-ups with customers and partners to provide a seamless renewal experience for complex digital services.
- Address client concerns regarding service continuity, contract details, or the value of renewal, while providing clarity on new capabilities or product updates.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in digital/security services or operations is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within digital/security services, SaaS, or technology operations.
- Proven experience managing contract renewals and achieving high customer retention rates in the context of digital products or services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of services to both technical and business audiences.
- Excellent data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret customer usage data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e. , Salesforce) and contract management systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
