Nerdapplabs - Senior Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing (5-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Looking for a Senior QA & Test Automation Engineer for IoT platform.

Our technology stack is C++, Golang, Python, Angular, SQLite/Postgres, Linux for Open source & commercial applications.

Responsibilities :

- Manage QA and test automation aspects of Development, Staging and Production

- All aspects of a product testing; Writing Test plans, Documentation, Exploratory testing and Test automation using Python/Bash and CI integration on AWS/GCP

Qualifications :

- 5+ years relevant IT experience in QA & Test automation

- Strong scripting abilities : Python and Bash

- Solid Cloud Infrastructure (like AWS) Operations and Management Skills

- Basic Understanding of Microservices & Micro Frontends

- Solid hands-on SQL and REST API experience

- Github and Jira experience along with their API

- Build automation, testing, packaging tools

MUST HAVE Knowledge of and Production experience with :

- Linux (Ubuntu/Debian/Redhat preferred)

- Containerization & Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

- Solid understanding of QA process, experience with Agile

- Monitoring/ Alerting/ Tracing & Debugging tools.
