SAP MM Consultant

Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of the SAP Materials Management (MM) module to meet business requirements.

Analyze and map business processes to SAP MM functionalities, including procurement, inventory management, material valuation, and invoice verification.

Configure SAP MM components, such as Material Master, Vendor Master, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Procurement Process, and Logistics Execution.

Integrate SAP MM with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP WM, SAP FICO) to ensure end-to-end process flow.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to materials management and procurement processes.

Design efficient SAP MM solutions based on business needs, providing recommendations to improve process flows and achieve operational excellence.

Identify opportunities for process automation, optimization, and system enhancements within the MM module.

Ensure effective integration of SAP MM with other enterprise systems, including SAP modules (SD, FICO, WM) and external third-party systems.

Assist with data migration efforts, ensuring the accurate transfer of material, vendor, and purchasing data from legacy systems to SAP.

Coordinate master data management activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation of material masters, vendor masters, and purchasing data.

Lead or support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure that SAP MM solutions meet business requirements.

Prepare test scripts and scenarios, and work with business users to execute tests and validate functionality.

Address and resolve any issues or defects identified during testing and ensure successful system deployment.
