Job Description
- SAP PS Implementation & Configuration: Lead or support the implementation and configuration of the SAP PS module, including structures such as project definitions, work breakdown structures (WBS), networks, activities, and milestones.
- Business Process Mapping: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project management requirements and design processes that align with organizational goals.
- Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules (FICO, MM, SD, HR, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of project systems into financial accounting, procurement, human resources, and other business functions.
- Customization: Customize SAP PS functionalities to meet business needs, including setting up project types, planning profiles, cost planning, budgeting, and progress tracking.
- Project Tracking & Reporting: Enable project tracking by implementing tools for monitoring costs, revenues, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle. Develop reports for project status, resource utilization, cost control, and profitability analysis.
- Project Support: Provide post-implementation support to end-users, addressing issues, troubleshooting errors, and offering guidance on SAP PS functionalities and usage.
