Key Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with warranty service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contractual obligations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to understand their warranty service needs and preferences.
Oversee warranty claim processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in warranty management, incorporating relevant insights into service delivery strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on warranty service performance to senior management.
