Job Description
- Producing hydraulic designs from technical specifications
- Producing calculations and supporting design documents such as FMEA
- Working closely with electrical, software and mechanical design engineers, to produce a well-integrated machine
- Creating Bills of Materials for your designs and liaising with purchasing and production personnel
- Being involved with assembly, commissioning and testing of new machines this can involve working abroad or offshore
- Youll be a member of our brilliant engineering team, contributing to the design of new cutting-edge products. To be successful in this position, you should have hands-on experience using Auto CAD and Solid Works software 2D & 3D with strong attention to detail and a creative flair.
- Meet daily production targets with quality assurance
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
- Collaborate with product designers, marketing professionals and other engineers Reporting manufacturing/ production progress.
- Addressing any bottlenecks or issues within the production.
- B.Tech - Mechanical
- Be degree qualified in Hydraulics / mechanical engineering or similar discipline
- Have experience in a hydraulic design role, preferably in mobile/subsea equipment or low-volume, high-value machines
- Have a practical knowledge of hydraulic components
- Have a sound understanding of hydraulic and mechanical engineering principles
- Have a flexible approach and a good sense of humour, to work well in a team and customer environment
- Min 0-3 years experience in Core Engineering Industry.
- Should understand AUTOCAD drawings, tolerances
- Hydraulic Systems experience will be preferred
- High Pressure Pneumatic experience will be preferred
- Any defence or Aerospace industry experience will be preferred.
- Should be energetic & have good English documents reading skills Groomed & energetic personality
