We Are Hiring: Surgical Equipment Sales Representative!

We are expanding its surgical division and looking for a dynamic Surgical Equipment Sales Representative to join our team!

If you have 3+ years of experience working with theatre Nurses, Scrub Nurses, and Matrons, a sales-driven mindset, and strong knowledge of surgical consumables, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Build and maintain relationships with surgeons & medical teams
✔️ Promote and sell sutures, surgical consumables & disinfectants
✔️ Engage with key decision-makers to ensure product approvals
✔️ Work with PMU (Procurement Management Unit) to secure tenders

Job Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons and medical team.

Identify and regular cover key hospital in assigned territories to promote and sell surgical consumables.

Present sutures surgical consumables and disinfectants to theater in charge, Matrons and key decision makers for product approval.

Engage with PMU (Procurement Management Unit ) and link them with hospital users to ensure our brands are included in hospital essential lists and consistently order in tender.

Requirements :

• 3+ Years of experience working with Theater Nurse's , Scrub Nurse and Matrons responsible for approving sutures, Disinfectants and other surgical consumables.

• Strong Knowledge of Surgical tools and medical consumables.

• Sales Driven Mindset with negotiation and relationship building skills.

• Excellent communication and ability to influence hospital procurement teams.

• Understanding of procurement processes in the healthcare sector.
