NeoGrowth - Head - Treasury - CA/IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Leading the Treasury Team and driving Treasury Governance and Goals for treasury

- Managing relationship with 50+ overseas and domestic lenders and scale up the exposure,

- Raising Debts from existing and new Banks & FIs & overseas markets

- Work with Credit Rating Agencies and drive the rating improvement for the company

- Drive innovation in treasury for improved productivity, high conversion, new cost effective debt structures etc.

- Ensure timely reporting, compliances, audit requirements, monitoring & complying with all the lender requirements, treasury policies reviews & updates and other deliverables of treasury team,

- Being ALCO members, drive & conduct ALCO meeting and the action items.

Preferred experience:

- Minimum Experience of 10 years in NBFCs

- Experience in raising Debt from Banks, Domestic & Overseas FIs, NBFC, AIFs etc.

- Experience in handling multiple treasury products such as Loans / ECB / NCD/ CP / Securitization across lender segments such as Banks / NBFCs / Mutual Funds / Family offices / Corporates etc.

- All around experience in Treasury comprising Cash Flow management, ALM monitoring and reporting, Credit Ratings, Treasury Accounting, Compliance with all Regulations on borrowings

- Forex and derivative hedging, MTM calculation, LIBOR transition related knowledge

- Cross functional experience in areas such as Regulatory reporting, Accounting, Taxation and Compliance is desirable

- Experience in building and leading a bright team of talented experienced individuals.

Education qualification- CA or MBA from premier institutes.

Skills:

- Understanding of financial markets, Macro-economic factors impacting forex and interest rate market, movement of USD INR and Forward premiums

- Analytical mindset and conversant with financial statements

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Positive attitude towards work and punctuality
