Job Description
Purchase Executive
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- To file and maintain all records & documents pertaining to logistics department.
- To follow up to ensure proper delivery.
- To follow up of pending requisitions.
- To study of proper materials utilization on site.
- To generate reports, letters on a computer.
- To assist in market survey, collation of information etc.
- To assist in vendor development.
- To take quotation from various vendors.
- To make comparison statement of quotations
- To prepare purchase order
- To make entries of received material in Challan Register in excel and ERP system
- To make entries of bills in Purchase Register in excel and ERP system
- To maintain all information of suppliers
- To take feedback from site engineer regarding the quality of materials & noting the suggestions.
- To coordinate with Finance department for payments to suppliers.
- To take monthly material stock from store keeper of every site.
- To assist in Vendor development
