Builds strong team rela1onships with other Customer Support Engineers. Enjoys sharing knowledge. Connects directly with Cisco customers and builds effec1ve working rela1onships while solving their issues. Manages customer expecta1ons and always aims to leave the customers feeling valued and overall posi1ve about Cisco. Leverage industry best prac1ces and detailed understanding of the customer s infrastructure. Handle mul1ple customers for implementa1on and migra1on needs remotely or onsite. Takes ownership of task/project implementa1on /migra1on for assigned engagements. Implement new techniques and methodologies applied in customer delivery and share lessons learned with the broader team. Builds and/or reviews project work e.g. Design recommenda1ons, High-Level Design, Low-Level Design, implementa1on / Change Management Plans. Builds and/or use test environments as required to resolve sophis1cated problems compa1bility issues. You will be part of Ciscos CX (Customer Experience) Organiza1on. You will work very closely with our HTOM, HTTS/TAC CSEs, NCEs, SEs, as well as the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) aligned to this engagement. Associate with customers along with appropriate internal and external resources (e.g. Cisco account teams, partners) on the op1miza1on /strategy/deployment of Cisco services and solu1ons. Technical Exper1se: Rou1ng and Switching (Catalyst 9k): Basics: Understanding of IP/TCP networking, Rou1ng, Switching and security concepts. Products: Understanding of below Cisco products but not limited to, Cisco Catalyst 9k, Cisco Catalyst 2k, 3k, 4k and 6k product families ENT Rou1ng & Switching: Should have Knowledge on Rou1ng and switching Technologies like IGP, OSPF, EGP, BGP, STP, RSTP, VTP, VSS, MSTP, LACP, VLAN Cisco Confiden+al Experience on emerging technologies like SDA/DNAC preferred Knowledge of common Cisco technologies, Solu1ons and hardware plahorms.

Basis Understanding and experience in Cisco switching plahorms is Must. Upda1ng Network equipment to the latest firmware releases. Iden1fying and replacing faulty network hardware components when required. Repor1ng configura1on, network and project status to key stakeholders. Strong knowledge in Rou1ng and Switching technology such as BGP, OSPF, VPC, Mul1cast, STP, RSTP, MSTP, NAT, PBR, HSRP Excellent communica1on and co-ordina1on skills within technology community. Excellent problem analysis and solving skill applying crea1vity, innova1on and thinking out of the box approach when dealing with challenges. Able to work under high pressure in a challenging environment.
