Role & responsibilities

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Intern to act as a vital liaison between our senior management and the on-ground team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a management graduate to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, data analysis, and strategic decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to finances, manufacturing processes, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Process Monitoring: Document and monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with company standards and identify areas for improvement.
• Team Coordination: Act as a bridge between management and the operational team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to streamline operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in manufacturing, operations management, or business analytics is a plus
