Staff Frontend Engineer - HTML/CSS/Javascript (8-13 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Frontend Staff Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a Frontend Staff Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing the user-facing elements of our web applications.

You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences while ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of frontend architectures, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance across web applications.

- Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces using modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue).

- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and security.

- Review code and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to define, design, and ship new features.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability across various devices and browsers.

- Actively contribute to the resolution of complex technical challenges while exploring innovative approaches to enhance the user experience.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.

- Keep current with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and industry best practices, and introduce them into the team's workflow when applicable.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- Expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).

- Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, etc.) and build tools (Webpack, Parcel, etc.

- Experience with version control systems (Git).

- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
