Technical Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of our CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a solid understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• In-depth understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and best practices.
• Awareness of the latest trends in CRM and how they can impact business strategies.
• Familiarity with programming languages relevant to CRM (e.g., SQL, API integrations).
• Knowledge of how CRM integrates with other systems and technologies.
• Ability to interpret and analyze CRM data to drive decisions.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum principles to adapt to changing client needs.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
• Strong skills in planning and scheduling to ensure project milestones are met.

• Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to negotiate project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to understand client needs and concerns.

• Experience in fostering a collaborative team environment, ensuring everyone is aligned with project goals. Ability to guide and mentor team members, especially on technical aspects of CRM solutions.

Expectations from the Project Manager

• Regularly engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Provide transparent updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
• Anticipate issues before they arise and propose solutions.
• Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and upper management.

Qualifications:

Masters Degree (Preferred): An MBA or Masters in Project Management

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager with at least 7 years managing CRM or related

projects, including prior experience in development.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

PMP certification is preferred but not a mandatory requirement

Certifications from leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)

Preferred proficiency and experience with analytic tools viz, Tableau, Power BI

Proficiency in relevant languages for CRM customization and integration viz Python, JavaScript

Good to have a prior experience or knowledge in Healthcare sector

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Quick learner with a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
