Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and channel partners, providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Support: Provide sales support to customers throughout the sales process, including pre-qualification, application submission, documentation, and post-sales service, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Cross-Selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional products and services to existing customers, maximizing wallet share and customer lifetime value.
Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights, monitoring industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings, to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives.
Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for senior management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for sales planning and decision-making.

Qualification
Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
4+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the financial services industry or NBFC sector.
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to conduct credit analysis and assess customer creditworthiness, with knowledge of credit underwriting principles and risk management practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence decision-makers.
