Job Title : Cyber Testing Manager
Experience : 12 to 16 Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's Risk Consulting service offerings, methodologies, and tools.
- Conduct security testing and analysis to assess the strengths and weaknesses of IT environments using commercial and open-source security testing tools.
- Perform Internet penetration testing (black-box, grey-box, and white-box testing) and network architecture reviews (manual and automated).
- Execute security assessments, including wireless penetration testing, social engineering campaigns (email, web, phone, physical, etc.), mobile application testing, and embedded device testing.
- Identify vulnerabilities and provide strategic remediation recommendations for clients.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to senior management and clients, both verbally and in written reports.
- Manage and supervise junior team members, providing technical guidance and engagement management.
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices while upholding integrity and confidentiality.
- Ensure documentation and reports meet quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging threats, and security best practices, sharing relevant insights with clients.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Strong technical background in networking, system administration, and security testing.
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, security testing techniques, and penetration testing methodologies.
- Experience in security frameworks such as OWASP, OSSTMM, PTES, ISSAF, and NIST SP800-115.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Nessus, Nexpose, Qualys, Appdetective, Appscan, Kali Linux, Metasploit, Nmap, Wireshark, Burp Suite, Paros, and others.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Bash, or C.
- Deep understanding of operating system security configurations (Windows, Linux, Solaris, AIX, etc.) and network security (firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs).
- Experience with security testing logistics, authorization processes, risk analysis, and legal considerations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive security initiatives and provide executive-level insights.
