Senior Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Java Developer to join our team!

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Java and background in ColdFusion to

design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications stack. You'll

collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, architects,

and other developers, to deliver robust applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Java Development:
• Design, implement, and maintain Java and ColdFusion applications,

ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.

• Integrate ColdFusion applications with Java backend services.
• Software Development Lifecycle:
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from

requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

• Code Quality & Standards:
• Conduct thorough code reviews for both Java and ColdFusion to ensure

adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Champion code quality and knowledge sharing within the development

team.

• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Collaborate with architects to design and implement solutions that align

with the overall architecture.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work effectively with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers,

and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Problem-Solving & Innovation:
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues in both Java and

ColdFusion applications.

• Propose and implement effective solutions, fostering a culture of continuous

improvement.

• Technology Expertise:

• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging

trends in both Java and ColdFusion development.

• Contribute to the team's continuous learning and improvement initiatives.
• Documentation:
• Create and maintain clear, concise technical documentation for code, APIs,

and system architecture.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or

a related field (preferred).

• Experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Solid understanding of ColdFusion development principles and best

practices.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and related technologies (e.g., JPA,

Hibernate).

• Experience with web services (RESTful APIs) and distributed systems.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
