Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, screen and direct them to the appropriate
  department
• Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to pitch services.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of sales interactions and customer details.

Requirements/Skills

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
