- Prepare and submit daily production reports, highlighting any variances from the plan and offering solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production logs, documenting key operational metrics, issues, and resolutions.
- Ensure proper documentation of production activities for compliance and traceability purposes.
- Oversee the safe and efficient use of production instruments and equipment.
- Ensure routine maintenance and calibration of instruments to maintain production standards.
- Ensure production activities are aligned with the schedule, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Adjust the production flow to accommodate changes in demands or schedules.
- Continuously monitor production processes for quality and productivity.
- Implement necessary adjustments to meet or exceed product specifications, minimizing defects and rework.
- Utilize computer systems for production tracking, report generation, and inventory management.
- Leverage software tools to enhance workflow, monitor performance, and generate required documentation.
