Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting:
   
• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally and Zoho Books.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Ensure timely reconciliations of bank statements and financial transactions.
2. Invoicing and Billing:
   
• Generate and process invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts.
• Manage vendor and customer accounts effectively.
3. Compliance and Reporting:
   
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, and other relevant taxes.
• Assist with audits and regulatory filings.
4. Budgeting and Forecasting:
   
• Assist in preparing financial budgets and forecasts.
• Track and analyze expenses against budgeted targets.
5. Payroll Management:
   
• Support payroll processing, including employee reimbursements and deductions.
6. Process Improvement:
   
• Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes and controls.
