Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's mission to offer a full-stack solution for target audience. Work with cross-functional teams to turn vision into reality.
- Product Design & Development: Structure and create a product that addresses the customer needs. Develop solutions that cover health, wellness, social engagement, and concierge services. Ensure that the product is easy to use, scalable, and adaptable to changing customer needs.
- Consumer-Centric Approach: Drive a deep understanding of customers, using first-principle thinking to solve core problems. Conduct research and gather insights to ensure the product is aligned with user pain points and needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, engineering, and sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely product launches and iteration.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor offerings. Ensure the product remains competitive, innovative, and differentiated by addressing unique pain points for customers
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle-from ideation, prototype development, testing, and launch to post-launch monitoring and continuous improvement.
- KPIs and Success Metrics: Define and track key product success metrics, including user engagement, satisfaction, adoption rates, and retention. Make data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of product and tech managers and designers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and user-focused thinking within the team.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 -10 years of experience in product management with at least 3 years in a leadership role. o to 1 experience is highly desirable
- Product Management Expertise: Proven track record of leading products from ideation to execution, with a strong focus on consumer experience, usability, and solving complex problems with first-principle thinking.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively across departments.
- Innovative & Analytical: Highly creative and able to think outside the box. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights to make informed decisions.
