Cap Production Asst. Manager - SACMI

Responsibilities:

1. Operate and oversee Compression Cap Molding Machines (Sacmi) with expertise.

2. Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality and efficiency.

3. Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of raw materials (RM).

4. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.

5. Possess a strong understanding of raw materials (RM) used in production.

6. Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshooting of cap molds.

7. Track and analyze daily production outputs, RM, and packaging materials, and provide accurate forecasting.

8. Collaborate with teams to maintain smooth production operations and improve processes.

9. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cap production, preferably with Sacmi compression molding machines.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials and production workflows.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining cap molds.
• Excellent analytical and forecasting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to manage and resolve customer issues professionally.
