Job Description
- Plan and deliver engaging drama lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
- Develop and implement a drama curriculum that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
- Direct and produce school plays, musicals, and other performances.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, rehearsals, and productions.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their acting and performance skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities and events related to drama education.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share teaching resources and best practices.
- Stay updated with developments in the field of drama and incorporate new knowledge into teaching.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
