Senior Accounts and Finance Associate

Job Title: Senior Executive A&F Salary Range: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month

Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

. Key Responsibilities:

1. Monthly Budget: - Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze financial data. - Prepare monthly budget reports and variance analysis.

2. Export Invoices Management (FEMA & SEZ Compliance): - Handle export bill processing. - Ensure compliance with FEMA and SEZ regulations.

3. Forex Management: - Maintain forex sheets and generate Softex numbers for export invoices. - Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and FEMA.

4. Vendor Payments and Invoices: - Process vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.

5. Taxation & Compliance: - Assist in monthly and quarterly GST returns filing. - Ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulatory requirements. - Manage TDS compliance, including timely deduction, payment, and filing of TDS returns.

6. Financial Reporting: - Prepare and analyze financial reports to present to management. - Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.

7. Bookkeeping for Indian Entity: - Maintain accurate financial records for the Indian entity. - Ensure timely bookkeeping and adherence to local accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. -

2-4 years of experience in accounting roles. CA Inter can also apply. -

Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and other statutory requirements. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally) and MS Excel. -

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred: - Experience in handling export invoices and forex management. - Familiarity with FEMA, SEZ compliance, and RBI guidelines
