Placement Officer

Naresh IT is hiring for HR Placement Officer ,Should handle complete IT placement drives for Naresh IT Students.Getting in touch with HR from top corporate houses and getting them on corporate tie up for Naresh IT student placements.

Responsible for End to end Corporate Recruitment cycle.-

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development:
Proactively reach out to HR representatives from top-tier companies to establish corporate tie-ups for Naresh IT student placements.
Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial placement agreements with corporate partners.
Placement Drive Management:
Organize and manage end-to-end corporate recruitment cycles, including scheduling drives, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.
Effectively communicate placement opportunities to students and prepare them for success in interviews.
Relationship Building:
Foster strong relationships with corporate HR personnel to build long-term partnerships and secure future placement opportunities for Naresh IT students.
Maintain positive communication with students throughout the placement process, addressing their concerns and providing guidance.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement opportunities, and recruitment activities.
Analyze placement data to identify trends and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
