Senior Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Engineer with extensive experience in the construction of high-rise buildings, villas, and residential complexes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of overseeing and managing complex construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines. The role requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage teams across various stages of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the construction of high-rise buildings, villas, and residential projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Monitor and control project quality, costs, and schedules.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review engineering designs and ensure that all structural, electrical, and mechanical aspects meet the required standards.
• Troubleshoot construction challenges and implement solutions promptly.
• Maintain project documentation, including progress reports, site meeting minutes, and cost estimates.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and site teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in construction, especially on high-rise, villas, and residential buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, methods, and safety standards.
• In-depth understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and coordinate teams.
• Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Good command of English for communication and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Professional certifications in construction management or project management.
