Designation: Manager- Direct Tax and Regulatory

Experience: 4-8 Years

Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CS/LLB will be added advantage)

Location: Full work from office (Kasturba Road, Bengaluru)

Roles & Requirements:

- Experience in Direct Tax (Corporate and M&A Tax) required.

- Consulting and compliances in Corporate/M&A Tax and regulatory matters, representation before Authorities.

- Should have prior experience in team handling & client management.

- Recommending Corporate tax, M&A Tax and Regulatory advice by researching and interpreting laws.

- Documentation of reports and presentations as specified by the assigned lead

- Responsive and proactive in approach

- Respect for organizational policies.

- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
