Inbound Tour Executive

We are looking for candidate, having experience into tour planning, tour management, Hotel booking, Air travel tickets. (our clients will be foreigners who come to India for Vacation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Costing & Pricing: Prepare detailed costings in Excel for tour packages.
• Hotel Reservations: Book accommodations based on client preferences and requirements.
• Flight & Train Ticket Bookings: Handle the booking of air and train travel for clients.
• Coordination: Coordinate with tour guides, transportation providers, and other service partners to ensure smooth execution of tours.
• Quality Control: Perform quality checks during the tour, including follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction with services such as guides, drivers, and hotels.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Punctual: Timely in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi.
• MS Office: Proficient in using MS Excel and other MS Office tools for day-to-day tasks.
• Knowledge of Indian Itineraries: Familiar with basic itineraries in Rajasthan, South India, and Central India.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with hotels, transportation providers, and other partners.
• Customer Service Orientation: A client-focused mindset to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Local Travel Knowledge: Familiarity with travel destinations and attractions in India to assist clients and suggest suitable options.
