Disbursal Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Loan Disbursement: Disburse loans in accordance with company policies and procedures.

2. Documentation: Verify and ensure completeness of loan documentation, including loan agreements, promissory notes, and security agreements.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.

4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to borrowers, answering questions and resolving issues related to loan disbursement.

5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit, operations, and sales teams.

6. Quality Control: Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of loan disbursement documentation.

7. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports as required.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in loan disbursement, credit, or operations.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

4. Knowledge: Knowledge of loan disbursement procedures, regulatory requirements, and company policies.Role & responsibilities
