Work closely with India HR Head & IMEA C&B Lead to develop and implement new policies and procedures relating to C&B in India.
Work with the India HR Head & IMEA C&B Lead to drive globally consistent programs such as pay ranges, positions & structures, compensation & benefits advice, industry surveys, ESOPs & RSUs related programs and its communication.
Network and manage relationships with outside consultants/vendors.
Understand and implement incentive plans based on functions and roles in the organization.
Administer the organizations established HR programs and policies so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably and comply with all relevant collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organizations employment policies and standards.
Drive HR programs value communication.
Desired Qualification
. Design and deployment of Sales Incentive plans.
. Experience of atleast 10 years in Compensation Surveys, position analysis in GCC / Shared Services Organization.
