Senior QA Engineer

By having a clear understanding of product requests, collaborating with our product teams and designers, and providing solutions to our business problems, this role will provide insights in our development efforts. We're expecting this candidate to be able to make independent decisions, and use their creativity to solve different problems.

Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of experience as Automation Tester
• Experience in automation framework development
• Knowledge of Playwright (C# / JavaScript), Selenium WebDriver (Java / C#) or equivalent
• Experience in mobile applications automation using Appium
• Hands-on experience in implementing API (Rest Sharp / Rest Sharp) & Playwright API
• Understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins / Azure Pipelines)
• Understanding containers, basic exposure on container-based applications (Docker)
• Familiarity with SQL Server / Azure Cosmos DB
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN)
• Strong understanding of test processes, design techniques, defect management, and
  methodologies
• Experience working in an agile environment to achieve In-sprint automation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail, critical
  thinking, and solid communication

Core Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related fields or comparable experience
  and training
• Mortgage experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in delivering software solutions
• Must have Experience in reading business requirements for software development.
• Analytical and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Knowledge of systems frameworks including Azure, .NET, Git, Angular JS, and GitHub.
• Experience in Performance testing (JMeter or equivalent)
• Mainframe knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Experience creating and maintaining databases.
• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall Development technologies.
• Flexible in dealing with variable deadlines and duties
