Provide first-line support for integration issues by working directly with customers to implement tailored solutions on the Zenarate platform.
Assist with the seamless integration of Zenarate into client systems, ensuring reliable data flow and connectivity between systems.
Identify and analyze gaps in existing integrations and recommend improvements to drive higher product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including customer support, IT, product, and engineering to address integration challenges and deliver efficient, scalable solutions.
Develop and maintain clear technical documentation and conduct training sessions or knowledge-sharing meetings to ensure smooth transitions and consistent support practices.
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) projects to explore new integration strategies and technologies that enhance our overall customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile
Working Hours:5:30 PM to 1:30 AM (to align with business/support needs).
Experience: 2-4 years in customer support and integration roles, preferably within a SaaS environment, with a strong focus on system integrations and client-facing problem solving.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and produce comprehensive documentation.
Troubleshooting & Debugging:
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Ability to read and enhance existing codebases for issue resolution and optimization.
Operating Systems, Networking & Monitoring:
Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and MacOS environments.
Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, Firewalls, Proxy).
Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis to debug system and application issues.
Web & API Technologies
Should have good understanding of HTTP errors, methods, and status codes.
Understanding Python and familiarity with RESTful APIs is a plus.
Understanding authentication/integration protocols like oAuth, SAML etc. is a plus.
Familiarity with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
