Senior .Net Developer

The primary duties and responsibilities would be:

• Build high-quality, clean, secure and maintainable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes.
• Work closely with operations and finance verticals to understand requirements, design, implement, test, deploy and ensure delivery of high-quality products to our users.
• Maintain good quality technical documentation
• Work with external IT vendors in the implementation of new applications or enhancement of existing application.
• Monitor and maintain the existing applications and hardware assets of the organisation.
• Work with CTO in project estimation, provide inputs for solution delivery, conduct technical risk planning, perform code reviews and unit test plan reviews.
• Identify security threats, formulate strategies and methods to mitigate the threats.
• Work closely with the infra teams (OS, network and security) for resolution of any issues.

Educational Qualification and Work Experience:

• Graduate in engineering or any relevant IT related qualification with 1 year (or more) of experience in full stack .NET development.

• In case of graduates from other fields, 3 years (or more) of experience in full stack .NET development

For staff candidates, relaxation in age upto 5 years and in experience upto 2 years would be provided.

OTHER CRITERIA :

• Maximum age limit is 35 years for Manager, as on date of application.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in following areas are strongly preferred:
• HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript
• Object Oriented Programming using C#
• .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET Standard (The latter two are preferred)
• Experience in working with Dependency Injection and Interfaces
• ASP.NET web development frameworks (MVC or Blazor Family)
• SQL
• Dapper / Entity framework
• Databases (SQL Server)
• IIS web server
• Version control (Git)
• Visual Studio IDE
• Good to have experience working on Test driven development, Docker, Azure and web hosting.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

PLACE OF POSTING :

• The present place of posting will be Hyderabad
• However, depending on administrative requirement of NABKISAN candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future.

Emoluments and service conditions :

• Annual CTC: Rs.9.71 Lakh
• Higher remuneration may be considered for deserving candidates.
• Eligible for Basic, DA, HRA, CCA, Other Allowances as per the rules in force from time to time, Performance Incentive, Group Insurance Policy for employees & family, Group Personal Accident Policy for employees and other statutory benefits.
• Initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 02 years. The employee may be absorbed on the regular roll, based on satisfactory performance. For staff candidates, earlier experience will be reckoned towards probation period.
