Helpdesk Support Engineer - Male

Role & responsibilities

• Basic knowledge of LAN and WAN Networking
• Basic knowledge of Router and Switch
• Basic knowledge RACK dressing, crimping, IO Punching
• Basic knowledge CCTV implementation, and configuration.
• Troubleshoots infrastructure performance and other irregularities.
• Troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems whenever needed

Preferred candidate profile

# Should be open for in office work and out of Vadodara for Project work or customer site.

# Should make documentation for their completed tasks as well as Projects.

# Good communication skills and should be well-behaved at the customer end.
