Incident Management : Should have good experience in managing application support incidents, complex technical issues, responding to customers, managing incident calls. - Implement proactive measures to prevent system failures and optimize performance.
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance tuning.Flexible to work in UK shift, support during releases during weekends, after office hours during weekdays, Oncall support
