Job Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to manage vendor payments, invoice processing, and ensure compliance with company policies and tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounts payable, strong attention to detail, and knowledge of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices and payments.
• Ensure accurate coding and compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Handle vendor queries and reconciliations.
• Monitor payment schedules and aging reports.
• Assist in month-end closing and audits.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
