Position: Freelance Recruiter
Location: Remote

Shift Time: 12pm - 4pm IST

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Freelance Recruiter to join our team and assist in sourcing top talent for IT and Non-IT roles. If you are passionate about connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements for both IT and Non-IT positions.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Utilize various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, etc.) to source potential candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate skills, and evaluate cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate job offers and ensure seamless onboarding for selected candidates.
• Maintain and update a database of potential candidates for future opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in both IT and Non-IT domains.
• Strong understanding of technical job roles, industry trends, and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with hiring across different levels, from entry-level to senior roles.
• A network of qualified candidates is a strong plus.
