Jr. BD Cold Calling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to nursing facilities, care homes, medical facilities, nursing offices, and doctor offices to pitch My Care Labs' testing services.
• Pitch medical billing services provided by My Care International to doctor offices.
• Handle incoming sales and customer calls, providing information about services and addressing inquiries.
• Manage bookings and appointments efficiently over the phone.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions on the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market demands.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in international sales, especially in healthcare.
• Strong background in cold calling and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
