SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Documentation Executive to join our company. As a Documentation Executive, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining essential business documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility

JOB TITLE:
Documentation Executive

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accuracy in preparing and reviewing documents (eg., application forms, transcripts, visas, SOPs, LORs).
• Ensuring compliance with university and immigration requirements.
• Managing multiple student files and deadlines efficiently.
• Maintaining an organized system for tracking document statuses.
• Clear and professional communication with students, universities, and embassies.
• Prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines for application submissions and visa processing.
• Handling last-minute requests or changes effectively.
• Familiarity with international education systems, admission requirements, and visa regulations.
• Staying updated on changes in immigration policies and university admission criteria.
• Proficiency in using document management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle online application portals and visa submission systems.
• Building rapport with students and addressing their concerns empathetically.
• Ensuring a positive experience for students throughout the application process.
• Reviewing and verifying documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Identifying potential issues or gaps in documentation early on.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree
• 1-4 years of proven experience.
