Title: Software Developer- Full Stack Developer with .NET. Digital Practice team - RNet Pune
Stantec s Digital Practice Team in India is a fast-growing team. For the last two decades, this IT team is providing a variety of software automation, customization, business continuity solutions, and services for our global clients. The Digital Practice experts conduct research and development to keep our global teams and projects ahead of the technological curve. We work on emerging technology solutions for a variety of business sectors. Our goal is to be an accelerator of growth for Stantec and add value to our clients and communities with niche and advance technology solutions.
The Digital Practice Team in India works with several regions US, UK, CANADA, and ANZ, to name a few, and builds Digital Solutions and I.P. The team supports our multi-disciplinary engineering Design Deliverables with Engineering Software customization and automation services. , you will work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and develop applications used directly by our clients. This team has developed a series of productivity tools and migrating those to newer emerging technologies.
The Digital Practice team works closely with our Design Delivery Leaders, Business Leaders, and clients to develop solutions to provide high quality on-time deliverables.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing system requirements and prioritizing tasks
- Writing clean, testable code using .NET programming languages (such as C#, VB.NET, or F#) and web technologies (such as HTML, CSS.
- Developing front-end and back-end architecture using frameworks and libraries (such as ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, React, or Blazor)
- Creating and managing databases using SQL Server, Azure SQL, or Cosmos DB
- Integrating web applications and solutions with Office 365 services and features (such as SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, Graph API, or Azure Active Directory)
- Testing and debugging web applications and solutions using tools (such as Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure DevOps, or GitHub)
- Deploying web applications and solutions to cloud platforms (such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, or Azure Kubernetes Service)
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to web development and performance
- Documenting and maintaining best practices and standards for web development
- Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders

Qualifications :
- Need to have a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field,
- 3+ years to 7 years Experience in web development using Microsoft technologies and tools.
- Strong programming skills in .NET languages and web technologies and be familiar with web development frameworks and libraries.
- Should have knowledge of Office 365 services and features, and be able to use tools for web development, testing, debugging, deployment, and collaboration.
- Willing to work in flexible hours to co-ordinate with our regional counterparts mainly from CANADA, US, UK, ANZ
Qualifications :
