Job Description
- Conduct and recommend property and project appraisals in compliance with technical policies and processes.
- Vet and approve reports submitted by technical associates, managers, or agencies for properties within municipal limits and with all necessary approvals; escalate cases requiring additional review.
- Recommend and oversee the appointment of technical agencies while coordinating with them to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Monitor construction progress for under-construction properties to ensure adherence to approved plans and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) requirements for all technical evaluations and approvals.
- Manage and monitor the closure of Technical OTC PDD (Post Disbursement Documents) within defined timelines.
- Ensure compliance and quality control in all technical evaluations and reporting processes.
