Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews.
  
• Prepare interview schedules, send out invitations, and follow up on candidate attendance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and recruitment metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in talent acquisition or related field (freshers welcome).
  
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to work independently from home office setup.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) for data management and reporting purposes.

Compensation & Benefits:

• First 6 months: ₹12,500/month
• Next 6 months (Months 7-12): ₹18,000/month
• After 1 year (Months 13-18): ₹3,00,000 per annum (LPA)
• After 18 months: ₹4,00,000 per annum (LPA)
