About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in Noida. The role focuses on managing and enhancing our identity and access management (IAM) ecosystem, including Siteminder, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Advanced Authentication solutions, and related technologies such as directory services, identity management, access gateways, and API gateways.

Key Responsibilities:

Siteminder Administration:

• Configure, deploy, and manage Siteminder policies, realms, rules, and authentication schemes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Siteminder environments to ensure high availability and performance.
• Upgrade and patch Siteminder to maintain security and compliance.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) & Advanced Authentication:

• Implement and manage MFA solutions to strengthen authentication processes.
• Design and deploy advanced authentication mechanisms aligned with organizational security policies.
• Perform regular assessments of authentication systems to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.

Directory and Identity Manager Services:

• Manage directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory) to support authentication and authorization.
• Configure and maintain identity lifecycle management processes using tools like Identity Manager.

Access and API Gateway Management:

• Implement and maintain secure access gateways to protect enterprise applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with API development teams to integrate authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Security Compliance and Best Practices:

• Ensure IAM solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and processes.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and application teams, to meet organizational goals.
• Provide support for troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Siteminder, MFA, and Advanced Authentication solutions.
• Strong knowledge of directory services (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
• Hands-on experience with Identity Manager and Access Gateway technologies.
• Familiarity with API Gateway solutions and their integration with IAM systems.
• Understanding of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Kerberos.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions.
• Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Certifications in IAM or related technologies are a plus.

Qualification - Graduate or Engineer with certification preferably. Master degree in Computers
