Backend Developer (5-9 yrs)

Who are we looking for ?

- We are looking for a KOP Multi-Media Engineer who will be responsible for developing and maintaining a high-performance media service for processing and managing video streams, images and videos.

- He/she should be able to accompany on our solutions throughout their entire lifecycle - from design and implementation to integration and operation.

- The role will be based out in Bangalore and will directly report to the Head of Development, KDSI.

- Implement RESTful APIs and microservices to process data from various sources and enable the exchange of information between users and providers.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics/Physics or a comparable qualification with 5-9 years of relevant experience.

Mandatory Skills :

- Python (or C#)

- Streaming technologies (like: Kinesis, HLS, GStreamer)

- Docker

- Kubernetes deployment

- Event-driven micro service architectures and cloud-native based environments

- AWS

- IoT protocols such as MQTT, NATS and RTSP (with practical experience in their integration)

- Proven 5+ years' experience in developing, deploying and managing containers

- Strong expertise in using cutting-edge development tools, frameworks and streaming technologies.
