We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services. As an outside sales representative or sales agent, they will also research sales competition.
As a Software Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales of our software solutions in the Saudi Arabia market. This role involves identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the India market.
Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the India market.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and competition.
Get the sale using various customer sales methods (Cold calling, presentations etc.)
Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall company sales objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the companys software solutions and updates.
Articulate the value proposition of our products to potential clients.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling and engaging sales presentations to clients.
Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our software solutions.
Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations, address client concerns, and close sales deals.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.
Sales Reporting:
Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Requirements:
IBM, Microsoft Sales experience is preferred
Should have software sales experience for a minimum of 3 years.
