We are growing rapidly, and to sustain and support this growth, we are expanding our team. The folks at Mudrex are young, driven, and dedicated to building a self-sustaining platform that simplifies investing in cryptocurrency.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Associate - Global Expansion to support our regulatory licensing and compliance efforts across key developed markets, including the United States, Canada, and Australia . You will collaborate with leading law firms, compliance consultants, and internal teams to help the company navigate evolving legal landscapes and secure the necessary licenses for global operations.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role requiring strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple international stakeholders effectively.

• Lead and coordinate the preparation and submission of regulatory license applications in multiple jurisdictions.

• Source and Work closely with external consultants and legal advisors to manage licensing workflows, requirements, and timelines.

• Provide internal teams with clear guidance on regulatory risks, obligations, and compliance frameworks related to crypto/web3 products.

• Support drafting, review, and upkeep of policies, terms of service, internal SOPs, and compliance documentation.

• Serve as the bridge between internal stakeholders (product, operations, legal) and external partners across jurisdictions.

• Manage timely communication with law firms, regulators, consultants, and cross-functional teams.

• Organize and maintain accurate records for all licensing efforts and regulatory communications.

• Assist with regulatory reporting and audit responses as needed.

• 2+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory affairs. Web3 or fintech experience strongly preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication skills you can work seamlessly with teams across cultures and time zones.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and working in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Global Regulatory Strategy: Develop an in-depth understanding of how the dynamic crypto regulatory environment is evolving in developed markets such as the US, Canada, EU, and Australia.

• Licensing Compliance Execution: Gain hands-on experience with complex licensing processes and international regulatory submissions.

• Cross-Border Legal Frameworks: Learn how crypto companies navigate the interplay between corporate structures, product compliance, and jurisdiction-specific legal requirements.

• Professional Network Building: Build a strong international network of lawyers, accountants, and consultants who specialize in crypto/web3 regulation, licensing, and corporate affairs.

• Strategic Exposure: Work alongside leadership and decision-makers to shape the global expansion roadmap.
