Job Description

Exp- 5+ yrs
Maintain all the equipment and machinery that is in the manufacturing unit of the company
Make regular checks for the maintenance of the machines and repair the part that need to be replaced
Undertake electrical safety testing of all equipment throughout the factor premises
Identify and repair any faulty routine electrical equipment
Development of existing machinery to improve efficiency and / or make recommendations of new equipment which may improve efficiency
Keep maintenance reports and make records for all the repair works thy conduct on the machinery
Maintain inventory for the tools and place orders for new ones when they are required
Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation

Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Check electrical, pneumatic and chiller systems of buildings to ensure functionality
Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with legal issues
Calculate MTBF and MTTR and take action to reduce them
To support in ERP implementation, KPI dashboard
To support in the project management.
To support in Omron implementation and remediation.
