Role & responsibilities

Managing commercial activities like pricing, contract negotiations, E tendering and commercial terms n conditions. Working closely with sales, procurement, and project teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and tender documents in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Manage customer relationships, addressing commercial inquiries, and providing support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts and commercial activities.
• Track and monitor financial performance of projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Prepare regular commercial reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Work as part of the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing, payments, and financial documentation.
