Business Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

1. Managing all India Quote tracker region wise funnel creation; periodic regional quota and actual achievement analysis and other reports as required by PI Lead.

2. Directly responsible for PI quote to order conversion for South region

3. Tender submission (all India) by co-ordinating with quote management team (SOM)

4. Customer issues resolution by collaborating with internal stake holders

5. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person.

6. Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.

7. Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients
