Role Overview:

The Management Assurance function focuses on risk management, internal audits, compliance, process audit, and operational efficiency. Role ensures that all business processes, financial operations, and governance structures align with regulatory standards and corporate policies while enhancing productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Internal Audit & Compliance

• Conduct internal audits across production, procurement, finance, and supply chain to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas, recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.

2. Risk Management & Process Improvement

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks to mitigate operational and financial risks.
• Work closely with department heads to streamline processes, enhance cost efficiency, and improve production planning.
• Monitor key operational, financial, and safety KPIs to identify potential risks and opportunities for optimization.

3. Strategic Decision Support

• Provide data-driven insights to senior management and the board for strategic decision-making.
• Analyze market trends, operational performance, and financial reports to support business growth.
• Recommend cost-saving strategies and process enhancements to improve profitability.

4. Coordination & Reporting

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with plant operations, HR, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Assist in implementing best corporate governance practices.
